Construction chemical products are sensitive in nature and require proper storage and handling. Therefore, we follow a strict quality and safety-based return policy.

Returns or refunds will be accepted only under specific conditions as mentioned below.

Eligible Cases for Return / Refund

A return, replacement, or refund may be considered only if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit
  • The product delivered is wrong or mismatched compared to the order placed
  • The product has manufacturing defects
  • The package is leaking, broken, or tampered with at the time of delivery

⚠️ Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Used, opened, or partially consumed products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Change of mind or incorrect ordering by the customer
  • Products ordered for specific projects or custom requirements
  • Products without original packaging, labels, or batch details

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side

Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and condition.

Replacement shipping timelines may vary based on location and product type.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are not refundable
  • In case of approved returns due to our error, replacement shipping will be arranged by us
  • For returns due to customer error, return shipping must be borne by the customer

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
  • Bulk or special orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
